Job Description: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Job Summary:
A Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. They act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
2. Sales & Business Development:
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services.
Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet revenue goals.
3. Customer Support & Issue Resolution:
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Work with internal teams to ensure customer queries are resolved efficiently.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Prepare reports on customer feedback, concerns, and suggestions.
Analyze customer trends to improve service quality.
5. Brand Representation & Communication:
Act as the face of the company and promote a positive brand image.
Communicate company policies, offers, and updates to customers.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback.
