Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage customer communications and support.
The ideal candidate will respond to customer inquiries via email, messaging platforms, and WhatsApp.
Prepare accurate quotations, and effectively explain our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer emails and messages promptly and professionally.
Handle communications through WhatsApp and other messaging platforms.
Prepare and send quotations to customers based on their requirements.
Provide product information and explanations to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
