Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Executive at US TRANS World Logistics Limited, you will play a key role in coordinating and managing import and export operations with shipping lines. Your deep understanding of NVOCC, CHA, and international shipping regulations will ensure smooth communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Import/Export Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of import and export operations, including booking shipments, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely deliveries. Work closely with shipping lines and customs brokers to facilitate smooth customs clearance.
Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on shipment status, answering inquiries, and resolving issues. Maintain high standards of customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Documentation Management: Prepare and verify import/export documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, customs declarations, and certificates of origin. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Shipping Line Coordination: Communicate with international shipping lines to book cargo, track shipments, and resolve any discrepancies related to shipping schedules, rates, or documentation.
