Rotational Shifts for Males and for Females in between 7am to 8pm

Graduation Mandatory

Atleast 8 to 9 months Experience Mandatory

16.5k inhand + 2000 PLI, 400 per day training amount for 40 to 45 days

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products or services.

• Accurately enter customer information, transactions, and interactions into the database or CRM system.

• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.

• Follow predefined scripts and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality in customer interactions.

• Meet or exceed performance targets such as call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.

• Actively participate in training sessions and coaching programs to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Requirements:

• Additional certifications or coursework in customer service, communication, or related fields are a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in additional languages may be preferred depending on the target customer base.

• Basic computer skills including familiarity with MS Office applications and CRM software.

• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping people and resolving issues effectively.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and procedures.
