Job Summary:
We're seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. As an inbound customer support representative for TCS, you'll provide exceptional service to clients, resolving queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound customer calls, emails, or chats in a fast-paced environment.
2. Resolve customer queries, concerns, and issues promptly and efficiently.
3. Provide accurate information about products/services, policies, and procedures.
4. Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
6. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and quality targets.
Requirements:
1. Freshers or 6 months experience in customer support/service industry.
2. Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
4. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
5. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
