Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-focused and technically skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, chat, and other channels, resolving their issues and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Issue Resolution: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
Product/Service Information: Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services to customers.
Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, such as Sales and Product Development, to resolve customer issues and improve our products and services.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development to improve knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
2. Experience: 0-1 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other productivity tools.
4. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
5. Language: Fluency in English , Hindi and Marathi.
