CTC – 2.4 LPA

Process Description: Process involves review of insurance documents supposed to go out to the members and identify the defects/discrepancies by running basic manual testing concepts and report it to the lead.
Nature of work: Non-Voice
Must have attributes:
Good Reading and verbal communication skills to comprehend the documents and report the defects.
Should be able to work on MS-Office (word & Excel) fluently.
Flexible to do overtime as and when required including holidays and weekends
Should have experience working in night shifts.
Min. 6 months of any BPO experience.
Good to have attributes:
Knowledge on US Healthcare concepts
Knowledge on Basic Testing concepts
Education Background: Any graduate/PG except Technical fields like BE, Btech, Mtech, MCA, etc.
