Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, resolve product-related issues, and ensure a positive experience for our users. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring customers receive the best possible support in a timely manner.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to product-related problems.
Assist customers with using our software and guiding them through features.
Record and track customer issues to ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with teams to resolve complex problems and improve the customer experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Experience with customer support platforms (preferred).
