Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Billing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the medical billing process, including claim submission, denial management, and payment posting. Your primary goal will be to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement from insurance providers while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify patient insurance coverage and obtain required authorizations or referrals.

• Accurately submit medical claims through clearinghouses or directly to insurance payers.

• Communicate with insurance companies to address and resolve claim or payment issues.

• Review and work on claim denials and rejections, making necessary corrections for resubmission.

• Follow up with payers to track outstanding claims and resolve any discrepancies.

• Post insurance payments, adjustments, and patient payments accurately into the billing software.

• Maintain organized billing records and generate reports as required.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical Billing and Accounts Receivable.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in using medical billing software and understanding of billing procedures.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | Fixed Off on Saturdays and Sundays (Subject to client requirements). 

Male Candidate - 7:00 pm - 4:00 am

Female Candidate - 9:00 pm - 6:00 am
