Analysis of Electricity consumption across all locations from Electricity Bills. By harnessing the power of real-time data analytics and intelligent insights, our energy saving algorithm helps in saving a minimum of 15% on Air Conditioner’s energy consumption.
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Understand customer issues, provide accurate solutions, and guide them effectively.
Troubleshoot problems and escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns empathetically.
Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
6 months of experience in customer service or a related field.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
Knowledge of Malayalam, Telugu, or Tamil is a (preferred).
