We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our international customers, providing them with timely, accurate, and professional support via phone.
Handle inbound/outbound international customer calls efficiently and professionally.
Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Update customer records accurately in the system after each interaction.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments and follow up as necessary.
Meet performance targets such as call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Prior experience in international voice process or BPO environment is preferred.
Ability to work in night shifts or rotational shifts.
Good problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Minimum educational qualification: HSC (12th pass) or Graduation.
