We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. As a Voice Process Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls and providing excellent support to our global clients.
Handle customer queries via phone calls in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints/issues effectively.
Meet or exceed performance targets (KPIs) such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
Follow company communication scripts and standard operating procedures.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Excellent spoken English communication skills (US/UK accent is a plus).
Minimum HSC (12th pass); Graduates preferred.
Comfortable with night shifts and rotational offs.
Basic computer and typing skills.
Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
