Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Shift: Day / Rotational

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with prior experience in Domestic or International calling. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via phone (inbound and outbound calls).

• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

• Resolve customer complaints within agreed timeframes and follow up to ensure resolution.

• Maintain customer records by updating account information.

• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

• Adhere to communication scripts and standard procedures.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

• Provide feedback on customer service processes and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6 months to 3 years in a customer support role (Domestic or International calling).

• Education: High School Diploma / Graduate.

• Language Proficiency:

  • Domestic: Fluency in regional languages and/or Hindi & English.

  • International: Excellent command of English (spoken & written).

• Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.

  • Problem-solving attitude.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center equipment is a plus.

• Availability for shift work (especially for international processes, night shifts may be required).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in BPO/KPO industry.

• Familiarity with voice process protocols.

• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
