Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for banking services.

• Provide customers with information about bank products and services.

• Resolve queries and provide exceptional customer service.

• Maintain accurate customer records and data.

• Follow up on customer issues and concerns until resolution.

• Assist with account-related tasks as per customer requests.

Requirements:

• Education: 10th, 12th, or any degree.

• Documents: PAN and Aadhaar card.

• Languages: Proficiency in English and Tamil (both written and spoken).

• Experience: Fresher candidates are welcome.

• Skillset:

  • Good communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a team.

  • Basic computer knowledge.

Shift Timings:

• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Salary:

• ₹15,000 - ₹17,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
