Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and live chats in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide detailed information about products, services, and solutions to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
• Maintain customer records and document interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to higher support levels or management as required.
