We're looking for a friendly and efficient Customer Support Executive to join our logistics team. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their shipping and delivery needs.

Responsibilities:

Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Track shipments and provide updates to customers.
Resolve customer issues related to deliveries, delays, and documentation.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of problems.
Requirements:

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Basic computer skills.
Experience in customer service is a plus.
Logistics industry knowledge a plus.
