Roles and Responsibilities:
Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between customers and the logistics/transport teams, ensuring smooth communication.
Resolve disputes between logistics, transport, and customers efficiently, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries and excellent customer service.
Manage customer-related issues, including tracking deliveries, resolving complaints, and addressing any discrepancies in logistics.
Actively monitor and manage customer expectations regarding delivery timelines and service quality.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, complaints, and feedback, using SAP and Advanced Excel for tracking and analysis.
Monitor operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address issues to improve service delivery.
Ensure clear and transparent communication with customers regarding any logistical delays or issues.
Collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement of processes and customer satisfaction.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in SAP: A strong working knowledge of SAP is essential for tracking customer orders, managing inventory, and addressing logistics-related issues.
Advanced Excel Skills: The candidate must have advanced Excel skills to manage large datasets, create reports, analyze trends, and generate meaningful insights related to customer and logistics performance.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to handle conflict resolution with customers calmly and professionally.
Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in customer handling within Supply Chain Management/Warehouse or a similar logistics-related field.
Prior exposure to customer service, logistics, or transport management is strongly preferred.
Working Hours:
Minimum 10-12 hours/day (subject to work pressure and customer demands). Flexibility in working hours may be required during peak periods.
Salary:
INR 23,000/month (in-hand).
Additional Requirements:
Own residence within 10 km of Dankuni (location preference for easy commute).
