We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Support Executive (Outbound Process) to join our team for the Inside Sales - NH process at our Electronic City location in Bangalore. This role involves engaging in outbound sales calls, offering medical-related products/services, and delivering exceptional customer support. The position offers a competitive salary package between ₹2.5Lakhs to ₹3.0Lakhs per annum and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Make outbound calls to potential customers, promoting medical-related services/products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable offerings.
Address customer queries, concerns, and objections with a consultative and problem-solving approach.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and closures.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful service delivery.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer support executive experience
Languages Required: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali or Assamese is mandatory.
Qualification: Minimum educational requirement is Undergraduate.
Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off.
Shift Timing: 9-hour shifts within the 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM window.
Location: Must be willing to work from Electronic City, Bangalore.
