Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential job seekers from the database and explain relevant job opportunities.

• Understand candidates' job preferences and match them with suitable openings.

• Assist candidates with the application and interview process.

• Follow up with candidates to ensure they attend interviews and complete hiring formalities.

• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and updates in the system.

• Collaborate with the recruitment team to fulfill hiring requirements.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum HSC/Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience: 0-2 years in recruitment, telecalling, or customer support (freshers can apply).

• Skills: Strong communication skills in English and regional languages.

• Others: Confident, persuasive, and target-driven mindset.
