We are looking for motivated and professional Customer Service Executives to join our team at Transit Point Logistics in Mahipalpur, New Delhi. This role involves managing customer calls, providing excellent support, and ensuring prompt resolution of queries.
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 (in hand)
Work Schedule: 6 days a week, Day Shift
Location: Mahipalpur, New Delhi
Handle customer calls efficiently and professionally.
Resolve queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving mindset.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Provide timely and relevant information to ensure issue resolution.
Coordinate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
Meet performance targets including customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
3 to 5 years of experience in customer service or telecalling.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Graduate (minimum qualification).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work 6 days a week in a day shift.
