Job Title: Virtual Bus Captain & Customer Support Executive

Work Location: Ernakulam Town North Railway Station, Ernakulam North, Kacheripady, Ernakulam, Kerala, India

Open Positions:

Virtual Bus Captain: 5 (Hindi & English mandatory)

Customer Support Executive: 4 (Hindi & English mandatory, rotational shifts)

Other Customer Support Roles: 10 (Male candidates, fluent in Hindi & English; basic Hindi/Tamil/Kannada optional but preferred)

Qualifications: 10th, 12th, or Graduation

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹17,000 in hand (Net Pay)

Work Details:

Shift Timings: 9-hour rotational shifts (primarily evening/night shifts)

Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off

Roles & Responsibilities:

Address and resolve customer queries and concerns promptly.

Communicate effectively with customers about products and services.

Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure quick query resolution.

Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to upsell services.

Maintain accurate logs of communications and ensure targets are achieved.

Additional Requirements:

Must be proficient in Hindi & English (mandatory).

Flexible to work during early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Age: 18–33 years.
