Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls related to policy renewals and retention.
Educate customers on policy benefits and renewal procedures.
Identify upselling opportunities and cross-sell relevant products.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve queries efficiently.
Achieve monthly retention and sales targets.
Compensation
Fresher: 12,500 (In-Hand/Take Home)
Experienced (up to 2+ years): Up to 2.50 LPA CTC / 18,000 Monthly
