Job Description:
Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
Escalating customer feedback as required.
Qualifications:
Experience of 4+ years within Customer Service role with Team lead position.
Bachelor’s degree or Post Graduation
Excellent Communication skills, Interpersonal skills and Presentation Skills
Languages: English & Kannada Mandatory
Prior experience in software’s such as Lead Square (or any similar CRM), Ameyo, Zoho)
