We are seeking a motivated and professional Field Boy to join our team for 8ds Group in Noida at our Sector 63 Noida location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Manpower services. The role offers ₹12000 - ₹18000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering documents , Uniforms, paper work

• Address client feedback , check manpower working

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues.

• handle the daily field activity

• early morning working time

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 0.5-2 years of experience in customer service or a field role and should be proficient in Hindi, English. You will be responsible for daily field delivery documents and handovers . This position requires graduation, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
