Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with 2-3 years of experience as Field Coordinator , who are proficient in English, Hindi & Bengali. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
