Job Role: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

As a CRM at InstaConnects, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will serve as the main point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring smooth communication and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Engage with customers through calls, emails, and chat to provide assistance and resolve queries.

Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to increase satisfaction and loyalty.

Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints and provide quick and effective solutions.

Sales & Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers.

Documentation & Reporting: Keep records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.

Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.

Good listening skills with the ability to handle queries professionally.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Basic knowledge of CRM software or willingness to learn.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
