We are seeking candidates with 0.5-3 years of experience in customer service or telecalling, who are proficient in Hindi and English . The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A Graduate is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Rotational shift.
