Job Summary:

We're seeking motivated individuals for an exciting International Sales Executive position, focusing on inbound voice process. As a sales executive, you will play a key role in resolving customer queries and converting them into sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve customer queries via inbound calls

- Convert customer interactions into sales opportunities

- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Comfortable working US night shifts

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Eager to learn and grow in international sales

- Basic sales knowledge is a plus but not required

Compensation and Benefits:

- Structured salary progression:

- ₹10,000/month for first 3 months

- ₹18,000 - ₹20,000/month after successful completion of probationary period (based on individual performance)

- Training and mentorship in global sales

- Pre-placement opportunity after 3 months based on performance
