US International Voice Process:
Experience- above 1 yr.
Salary - 25000-30000
Required English and Hindi language
Timing - 9pm to 5am ( Night Shift ).
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from US-based customers.
Provide timely, effective, and high-quality customer support.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide product or service information and offer solutions to customer problems.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Ensure that all customer issues are resolved to satisfaction and within company guidelines.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and proper issue resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated queries and enhance service quality.
Meet performance and quality standards, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (US accent preferred).
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a voice-based process.
Ability to handle and resolve customer issues with a positive attitude.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and be part of a team.
Flexibility to work in shifts (night shifts may be required).
Knowledge of US culture and practices is an advantage.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in a voice-based process for US clients.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
