Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming customer communications via email and chat.
Resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service with professionalism and empathy.
In certain situations, conduct outbound calls to partners and customers.
Serve as a key contributor to enhancing the client, customer, and employee experience.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma.
Experience:
6 months or more of customer service experience preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experience in the Travel and Hospitality sector is a plus.
Strong written communication skills, including grammar and spelling.
Proficient with computers and general technical skills.
Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment.
