Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and professional ISO Renewal Process Caller to contact existing clients and remind them about their upcoming ISO certification renewal. The role involves maintaining client relationships, explaining the importance of renewal, and assisting in the renewal process.
Contact clients whose ISO certifications are due for renewal.
Explain the importance of timely renewal and the benefits of maintaining certification.
Provide details on the renewal process, requirements, and necessary documentation.
Address client queries and concerns regarding the renewal process.
Follow up with clients to ensure timely completion of renewal.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and renewal status.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of renewals.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to explain technical details in a simple and clear manner.
Experience in customer service or telecalling (preferably in certification/ISO industry).
Basic knowledge of ISO standards and certification processes (preferred but not mandatory).
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
