The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are executed efficiently, delivered on time, and exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Maintain regular and effective communication with clients to understand their website development needs.
- Gather and document detailed client requirements.
- Provide project updates and address any client queries or concerns proactively.
2. Project Planning & Execution
- Work closely with clients and the internal development team to create detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Ensure that project scope and objectives are well-defined and understood by all stakeholders.
- Track and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery.
3. Milestone Revenue Realization
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure timely achievement of project milestones and revenue targets.
- Track and analyze project progress, identifying opportunities to accelerate revenue realization.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
4. Upselling and Cross-Selling
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional website development or digital marketing services.
- Develop customized upselling strategies based on client needs.
- Present value-driven proposals to clients for expanding their digital presence.
- Execute strategic plans to meet and exceed revenue targets through milestone realization and upselling.
5. Budget & Financial Oversight
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure projects are completed within the agreed budget.
6. Client Satisfaction & Retention
- Proactively address client concerns and resolve any project-related issues.
- Ensure client satisfaction with final project outcomes to encourage long-term business relationships.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Higher Secondary or Graduate degree.
- Prior experience in account management, project coordination, or client servicing in a digital marketing or web development company is preferred.
- Basic understanding of website development, SEO, and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Work Schedule:
- Fixed day shift (Monday to Saturday).
