Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) – Key Account Manager 1. Onboarding of Enrolled Candidates The Key Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding of all enrolled candidates into the designated hospitals. This includes end-to-end coordination, timely communication, and resolving any onboarding-related issues to guarantee a positive candidate experience. 2. Stakeholder Coordination Managing effective communication and coordination with key stakeholders such as hospital representatives, internal departments, and external partners will be a critical aspect of the role. The Key Account Manager will ensure that all parties are aligned on deliverables, timelines, and expectations through proactive engagement. 3. Documentation & Drafting The role involves meticulous handling of all documentation including candidate records, contracts, MOUs, and regulatory paperwork. The Key Account Manager must ensure all documents are accurate, timely, and compliant with the organization's and partner hospitals’ requirements.
