Sales & Promotion:
Identify potential customers and generate leads for home loan products.
Actively promote home loan products and services to clients.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the company’s loan products, features, interest rates, and other relevant details.
Customer Interaction:
Meet with clients to understand their home loan needs and recommend suitable loan products.
Explain loan features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
Provide assistance with loan applications, documentation, and the loan approval process.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, DSAs brokers, real estate agents, and other business partners.
Target Achievement:
Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
Track sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance.
Market Research:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for sales and product improvement.

Education:
Graduate
Experience:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in home loans, banking, or financial products for 1-2years.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to manage multiple customer accounts effectively.
Basic knowledge of loan products, interest rates, and financial documents.

Compensation:
Salary 20-25K pm + attractive commission structure based on sales performance.
