Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Relationship Manager (RM) to join our team. The RM will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they are consistently informed and satisfied with our services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining regular communication through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Updates and Reporting: Provide clients with timely updates on project statuses, developments, and any changes that may impact their accounts.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly, escalating matters to the appropriate team members when necessary.
• Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and relay it to internal teams for continuous improvement of services.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, updates, and feedback in the CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and technical departments, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience :
• 2-5 years of experience in client relationship management or a similar role.
Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
