We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to spearhead our online sales growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through online marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, and digital channels. This role requires expertise in online sales strategies, customer acquisition, and marketplace management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales through online channels, including marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, Zomato etc.), company websites, and third-party platforms.
Identify new online sales opportunities and partnerships to enhance brand presence and revenue.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize online sales performance using key metrics.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and conversions.
Manage relationships with online marketplace partners, negotiating better terms and promotions.
Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to ensure smooth fulfilment of online orders.
Analyse customer buying trends and online behaviour to refine sales strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging online sales technologies.
Ensure compliance with platform policies, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in online sales, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of online marketplaces, SEO, and digital advertising.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, and e-commerce CMS platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in the food & beverage or FMCG sector is a plus.
