Key Responsibilities:
· The team member will act as the brand ambassador for our women ethnic brand within the partner's retail store.
· They should greet and assist customers in a professional manner and provide them with detailed product information and personalized styling advice to customers.
· Meet and exceed individual sales targets and use proactive selling techniques to promote our brand.
· Engage in upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities.
· They should maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product, including product features, fabrics, and current fashion trends.
· Responsible to ensure that product displays are attractive, well-organized, and reflect brand standards.
· Monitor inventory levels and report stock needs to ensure optimal product availability.
· They should address customer inquiries and handle any grievances or issues with professionalism to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
· Participate in joint promotional activities and events organized by the partner store.
· Provide feedback to our company on customer preferences, sales trends, and any operational issues.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in women's fashion or ethnic wear.
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fashion or retail management is a plus.
· Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
