Oversee customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service to enhance brand reputation.

Develop and execute marketing campaigns for property sales and construction projects.
Leverage digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, PPC, and email marketing, to generate leads.
Collaborate with advertising agencies, media houses, and creative teams for branding and promotional activities.
Organize real estate expos, open houses, and networking events to increase customer engagement.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine marketing strategies.
Manage corporate branding, PR activities, and promotional materials to maintain a strong market presence.
Oversee the company website and online property listings, ensuring updated and attractive content.
Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, providing reports and insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically in real estate or construction.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong network of industry professionals, agents, and potential buyers.
