Make outbound calls to current and potential donors to inform them about our programs and initiatives.
Engage in friendly conversations with supporters to build rapport and gather feedback about our organization.
Manage a call list, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining donor relationships over the phone.
Educate potential donors about the impact of their contributions and how they can help us achieve our goals.
Assist in scheduling meetings or events for further engagement with prospective supporters.
Keep accurate records of calls made, responses received, and any relevant notes in our database.
Collaborate with team members to create effective communication strategies and improve outreach efforts.
Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
Passion for nonprofit work and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the community.
Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or fundraising is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks.
Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with others throughout conversations.
Basic computer skills and proficiency with call center software and data entry.
