Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.

Meet performance targets and work with other departments to manage complex issues.
Call potential customers to introduce & generate sales of our services/products. Follow a script and adapt as needed to connect with customers effectively and close sales. Accurately record customer information, including purchases, reactions, and preferences for future reference. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by listening to their concerns and providing relevant solutions.Meet or exceed weekly sales targets and compliance standards.Provide insights on customer preferences to aid in refining future sales strategies.
