We are looking for a dedicated Student Counsellor with expertise in the Education sector to join our team at ZIZA FIRST TECHNOLOGIES in HYDERABAD, located at HABSIGUDA. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to potential clients, and following up with current clients to maintain strong relationships. The position offers Rs.15000 to 20000 + Incentives( Rs,10000 Approx) along with a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential students over the phone to introduce products/services and generate sales.
Follow a provided script while tailoring the conversation based on student needs to close sales.
Document customer details, purchase history, reactions, and feedback for future reference.
Build good connections with customers, listen, and address their questions to maximize engagement.
Achieve daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining call quality and compliance standards.
Create a report on customer preferences, trends, and sales obstacles to enhance future sales strategies.
This position requires graduates, and the candidate should be willing to work from office during the 9 am to 6 pm day shift.
