• Handling Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns and escalate issues to higher management if needed.

• Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales or performance targets.

• Market Feedback: Collect customer feedback and market insights to improve services and products.

• Experience:

Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is a plus, but freshers are also welcome.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of the local language and English (if applicable).

• Persuasive and confident in handling calls.

• Basic computer skills and knowledge.
