Maintain records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and follow up to ensure resolution.
Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and company updates.
Meet performance targets for customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.
Collect customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
Welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Manage Patient/Client treatment Slot processes efficiently.
Address Patient/Client inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain updated records of treatment bookings and Client information.
Coordinate with housekeeping, Therapist, and other departments to fulfill Client/Patient needs.
Up sell Treatment, services, Product, and special packages to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
Collect Patient/client feedback and manage Patient/Client t loyalty programs.
Handle VIP Client/Patient and special event arrangements.
Ensure a personalized Patient/Client experience and resolve service issues promptly.
Prepare daily reports and communicate relevant information to management.
