Role Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated Customer Care & Sales Telecaller to join our Pune team. Your role will involve promoting our platform, supporting users in creating online stores, and converting them to paid customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the BharatGo platform to potential users via calls

• Assist leads in setting up their online stores

• Engage with existing users, resolve issues, and share feature updates

• Build relationships and encourage users to upgrade to paid plans

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi

• Confident with good negotiation skills

• Basic understanding of websites and e-commerce

• Prior experience in sales or support is a plus, but not mandatory

Job Details:

• Location: MIT TBI, MIT WPU, Kothrud, Pune

• Timings: Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Type: Full-time, In-office only

• Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹2.40 LPA

• Must bring your own laptop and phone
