Job Requirements:

This role welcomes freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the Customer Support / Tele Caller field. The candidate should have good communication skills and be proficient in Hindi & English. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints, and escalating complex issues when necessary. This position requires minimum 12th Pass and above. The candidate should be comfortable working 6 days working during the Day shift timing of office is 9:30Am to 6:30Pm
