We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team for promoting and processing Home Loan services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining loan products, collecting necessary information, and scheduling follow-ups.
Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding Home Loan products.
Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, documentation, and application procedures.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
Schedule appointments with field agents or loan officers, if required.
Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses.
Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions.
Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.
Confident, polite, and customer-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of loan processes is a plus (training will be provided).
Familiarity with using CRM tools or Excel is an advantage.
Should be comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.
Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
