Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Kannada-speaking Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, handling inquiries, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers in Kannada.

• Explain products/services and generate interest in the offerings.

• Handle customer queries politely and efficiently.

• Maintain and update customer database.

• Follow up with customers for feedback or additional support.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team lead or manager.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Kannada (speaking, reading, and writing).

• Good communication skills in Kannada and basic English/Hindi (as required).

• Ability to handle rejection and stress.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Previous experience in telecalling/BPO/customer service will be an advantage.
