Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
• Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries.
• Explain the product/service in detail and generate interest.
• Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
• Follow up with prospects to ensure conversion.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
• Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
