Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Executive to handle inbound calls and provide technical assistance for our mobile application. The role involves resolving technical issues and maintaining support reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend inbound customer calls and provide prompt, courteous technical support.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the mobile application.
Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary and ensure follow-up until resolution.
Maintain accurate records of support calls, issues, and resolutions through technical support reports.
Provide feedback to improve application performance and user experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude.
- Familiarity with mobile applications (Android/iOS) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Basic knowledge of technical support processes and reporting.
- B.Tech degree preferred.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a technical support/customer service role.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and ticketing systems.
