• Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

• Loan Overdue and EMI Collection.

• Meet key performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.

Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with 0.5-2 years of experience in customer service or Tele-calling, who are proficient in Hindi, Bengali. The role involves asking customer to pay the loan due amount and offer them settlements to close the loan. A 12th Pass is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
